About Our Clinic

At our clinic improving your health is always our primary concern. We approach each patient as an individual and realize that, although many patients experience similar complaints, the origin for these symptoms often varies significantly from person to person. Evaluation and treatment are focused on identifying and correcting the under lying cause of your problem, as well as providing symptomatic relief.

The emphasis of our care focuses on the treatment of the musculo-skeletal system and enhancing the nervous system to enable the body to better heal itself. Each day our physicians treat a variety of common health complaints, including: headaches, neck pain, lower back pain, disc herniation, shoulder pain, pain/numbness down the arms, pain between the shoulder blades, whiplash injuries, buttock/hip pain, pain/numbness down the legs, muscle spasms, sprains/strains, tendonitis, chronic pain, TMJ, fibromyalgia, chronic illness and carpal tunnel syndrome as well as others.

Although we treat many people with recent injuries (like motor vehicle accidents) most of our patients are trying to solve symptoms that show up" out of the blue." We find that most times these are from old and even minor injuries that were never addressed to begin with.

At this clinic, thoroughness is a top priority. We believe in evaluating you as a whole person and do not limit our examination to the area of pain and dysfunction. Often, the symptoms you experience in one region of your body are the result of your body compensating for improper functioning in another region. This approach allows for greater insight and a more complete understanding as to the full nature of your condition.

Our physicians and staff believe that educating our patients is just as important as improving their health. Helping you understand your health condition, how it progressed to its current state, and how appropriate treatment will help correct it, is an integral part of the healing process and should not be overlooked. To do this, we may use video, anatomical models, computer imaging, and instructional classes designed to help you "see" your current health condition. Research strongly supports this approach and has shown that patients who understand the full nature of their condition heal more quickly, with fewer elapses, than those who do not.

Our main objective is to find out why your body is not healing an area, get it to do so and ultimately have you REGAIN YOU LIFE!

Dr. Danielle, DC

Dr. Danielle Geniesse DC is a licensed Chiropractor specializing in the Gonstead Method and Chiropractic Biophysics serving the Waukesha and greater Milwaukee community.

Dr. Danielle earned her bachelor's degree in International Business from St. Norbert College. While at St. Norbert she studied abroad in Paris at the Sorbonne. She then furthered her education and graduated with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic. During her years at Palmer she participated in the Troxell Intern Program. She taught X-Ray and Extremity Adjusting classes and completed 100 hours of the Gonstead Methodology Institute Seminars.

After graduation, she took an associate's position in Manhattan, New York at Rowe Chiropractic. Dr. Danielle cared for a diverse group of patients during her time there, from newborns to pregnant moms, teenage athletes to seniors, and from active dads to busy moms. She also began a program for the homeless by opening an outreach clinic in East Harlem at the Salvation Army to provide them with chiropractic care. She also volunteered at St. Francis Xavier Church, through Chiropractic for Humanity, which is where Dr. Danielle served lower Manhattan's homeless once a week for 1.5 years.

After gaining invaluable experience in New York City she decided she missed the beautiful landscape of Door County Wisconsin where her family has had a cottage for 100 years and went to work at the Nelson Healing Center in Sturgeon Bay.

Dr. Danielle uses the Gonstead Method as her adjusting technique to assist in removing interference of the spine and Chiropractic Biophysics (CBP) as the method for postural rehabilitation. She has an individualized approach using the combination of the Gonstead Method and CBP providing remarkable results with postural weakness and for people suffering from back pain caused by herniated and bulging discs to just name a few. She is advanced certified in Gonstead extremity adjusting to assist her patient's health expression.

Dr. Danielle is dedicated to providing complimentary community education about doTERRA Essential Oils and the health and wellness benefits such as nutrition, weight loss, raising healthy children, natural female hormone balance, stress and pain management among many other topics.
